What coaching is (and isn’t)
Coaching is a space to talk, reflect, explore and move forward — without judgement or advice or someone trying to “fix” you.
I’m not here to give you a blueprint or tell you what to do.
I’m here to help you hear yourself think, ask better questions, and work out what you really want — and how to get there, one step at a time.
Coaching can help you:
Get out of your own head (and off the hamster wheel)
Build confidence and stop second-guessing
Untangle perfectionism, people-pleasing or procrastination
Make space for your own needs, ideas, and goals

How it works
Coaching sessions are:
60 minutes long
Online via Zoom or in-person (in Winchester)
Warm, honest and collaborative
Led by you, supported by me
We’ll start with a free 20-minute discovery call to see if we’re a good fit.
If we decide to work together, we’ll agree on what kind of support feels right — usually a block of 3–6 sessions to start.
