Terms & Conditions - Your Network
Booking & Payment Your place is confirmed once payment has been received in full. You'll get a confirmation email from us shortly after booking.
Cancellations & Refunds We know life happens, so here's how we handle it:
Cancel 14 or more days before the event and we'll refund you in full
Cancel within 14 days of the event and we're unable to offer a refund, but you're welcome to transfer your place to someone else — just let us know their name and contact details before the event
Non-attendance on the day is non-refundable

If We Need to Cancel In the unlikely event that we need to cancel Your Network, you'll receive a full refund. If we need to postpone, you'll be offered a place at the rescheduled date or a full refund… your choice. We'll always let you know by email as soon as possible.
Dietary Requirements Please let us know about any dietary requirements at the time of booking. We'll always do our best to accommodate you, but we can't guarantee the venue is able to meet every request.
Photography We may take photographs at the event for use on our website and social media. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, just let us know in advance and we'll make sure you're not included.
